PaceGuard Shift is a fatigue and injury risk platform for shift-based industrial workers in logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing. Insurance filings and OSHA data show rising musculoskeletal and fatigue-related incidents, while Reddit/LinkedIn threads reveal that existing wearables and safety software are compliance theater, not actionable. PaceGuard Shift combines: - lightweight sensors (phone + optional armband) to infer fatigue and risky movement patterns
- shift-aware risk scores and micro-interventions (stretch breaks, reassignments) sent to supervisors
- integration with WMS/HR systems to adjust staffing and tasks in near real time. The moat is built from proprietary task + biomechanical risk datasets per site, improving predictions and giving insurers a reason to subsidize deployment. We monetize via SaaS to operators plus per-avoided-claim upside with carriers and TPAs.
