ReplySync’s computer-use agents scrape prospect context from LinkedIn profiles, company sites, and news, then craft personalized messages and update CRM fields by directly driving the browser, not via fragile integrations. - Reps approve or edit each outreach from an inbox-like queue with strong governance (per-prospect caps, territory rules, opt-out handling). - It auto-logs touches, sentiment, and outcomes in Salesforce/HubSpot UIs, reducing data-hygiene debt. - The system learns what personalization actually correlates with replies per ICP, building a defensible response-intent model.
