The Pitch

Idea Description

TriageFlow is a front-door intake and routing system for independent clinics and small practices (urgent care, community mental health, small multi-specialty). Currently, patients book via phone or generic forms; staff manually triage, leading to bottlenecks, misrouted cases, and no-shows. TriageFlow offers a configurable symptom and insurance-aware intake that routes to the right slot, provider, or telehealth option while staying within HIPAA and local privacy rules. - Guides patients through structured pre-visit questions tuned to each specialty and payer mix. - Ranks and routes cases by acuity, provider license, and plan coverage, reducing inappropriate bookings. - Syncs with major EHR calendars and sends prep instructions and consent documents automatically. - Charges per-provider/month with strong ROI via higher visit utilization and reduced front-desk labor.
