The Pitch
Banlieue Builders is a practical brand-creation bootcamp for youth in French banlieues, channeling Emma Grede’s trajectory into localized, monetizable skills. There’s growing interest in entrepreneurship on TikTok/YouTube, but French public programs are theory-heavy and ignore creator-led brand building. We run hybrid cohorts via local associations and social centers, focused on launching one real micro-brand per participant (print-on-demand, capsule drops, resale-to-brand pivots). - Curriculum: TikTok content, community building, supplier negotiation, and basic legal/compliance in France. - Partnerships with marketplaces, print-on-demand, and payments to lower setup friction. - Revenue via municipal/regional funding + corporate CSR budgets + affordable student fees. - Long-term moat: alumni brand portfolio we can later fund or incubate.
