The Pitch
ShiftPilot is a human-VA–first scheduling command center for mid-size non-medical home care agencies (50–500 caregivers) drowning in last‑minute call‑outs and manual matching. Agencies currently juggle ClearCare/WellSky + spreadsheets + group texts, causing missed visits, overtime blowups, and angry families. ShiftPilot pairs trained offshore coordinators with an AI engine that ingests EVV feeds, availability, skills, and client preferences to:
- Proactively flag at‑risk shifts and propose ranked replacements before they fail
- Auto-run “best fit” matching across skills, location, overtime rules, and continuity of care
- Orchestrate multi‑channel caregiver outreach (SMS, WhatsApp, voice drops) under VA supervision
- Generate daily staffing risk reports and margin forecasts for owners
This wedges in alongside existing EMRs via API/CSV, charges per active caregiver per month + after‑hours coverage add‑ons, and builds a moat via unique staffing/outcome datasets per market.
