- Regulatory guardrails that block unsafe concentration combinations, surface allergen flags, and suggest compliant substitutions. The initial target is 1–5 person indie brands doing $1–30k/month in lip products who are visibly active on TikTok/IG Reels and are currently stuck fulfilling DMs and manual orders. Revenue is via tiered SaaS ($29–$149/mo) plus optional marketplace fees for vetted ingredient suppliers. This is defensible via proprietary formulation datasets, behavior data on what sells, and a growing network of suppliers integrated into the stack.
